Gratitude to Pace Morby and the Subto Community

The fact that I am even on here typing is a testiment to what the now 12 month in Subto has done for me. 

all of us here on BP have this one thing in common, of many. Prior to arriving we have been in search of. 

That was me on my real estate journey. Having gone from never ever living in an owned home to getting my 1st ever primary under contract March of 2020. A week before...the date.

To within 6 months aquiring my 1st rental property and 6 months after that being able to help my in-laws from losing their home, and doing so Unconventionally.

Which I was even made aware of, by listening into BP podcast 527. Taking me down the Rabbit hole. 

to those where I was over a year ago, asking yourselves. What is next? How can I grow and take this journey to the next level.

for me Joining Subto has been the Catalyst! To the point that i am receiving the answers to questions asked by my future self!

I have immense gratitude to Pace Morby and to what the SUBTO Community has created collectively!
