Software for new mobile home/RV/fish camp park

I am looking for software to help set up and track what is going on in our first mobile home/RV/fish camp. I have been looking at the Park Sidekick for mobile homes and Rent Manager. We have about 54 lots and 16 cabins and RV lots at the fish camp that is part of our park. Since this is all new to me, and there is so much out there I could use some advice. The Park Sidekick seems a little more user friendly to me. They also have a free month trial period. Any ideas or thoughts on this matter? Thanks in advance for your help and time.Any other software advice?
