DC Fawcett Shortsale Forclosure Wealth System

Ive read about this course before. All I want to know is if this system is still viable today? They use that option agreement and assign to a buyer I believe.

I read some that this type of a "flip" doesnt work anymore because of new regulations, 60 day wait before selling, no assigning contracts......

Is anyone using this system successfully? What do you think?
