Hey Everybody. I am new to this site. Great to see all the local discussion. Some fantastic info!

I'm wondering if there are any accountants out there on this forum that specialize in real estate taxation? I am updating my REI strategic plan and could use some assistance in this space to help create the best scenario for my future tax liabilities and forecasting.

Please DM me if you have this subject matter expertise or can provide a recommendation.

Also, I'm always open to chat with likewise individuals in the REI space to discuss opportunities, ideas, experiences and lessons learned. Reach out anytime!

Cheers,
Mark
