New to Edmonton Real Estate Investing

Hello investors in Edmonton,

I am new to real estate investing. I have taken several courses and know a few Rent to Own, but I am definitely interested in learning more about the BRRRR strategy. Does anyone have experience with this type of investing in Edmonton?

If so, how do you go about finding the properties? Are they very profitable in Edmonton? Any advice on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
