Good Afternoon BP,

My name is Dan Bogema and I'm a newish RE investor in south western ontario. I'm in the process of finishing my first successful BRRR. Once the refinance closes I'll have all of my initial capital back and I'm looking to move forward again.

My main residence has a relatively big side yard that is absolutely useless and could easily be converted to an ADU ( IF this is acceptable in Brantford Ontario). I'm looking for help with the laws, hurdles, permits etc. Let me know if you need anymore information!
