Where to buy rental property in Ontario

Reuben Price
Posted

Hi guys!

I'm a business owner in Ontario and I finally think that I have saved up enough to invest in a real estate property that I could hopefully put up for rent to have an additional steady source of income. I read here https://paradisedevelopments.com/blog/communities/where-to-buy-real-estate-in-ontario/ about some of the best places to buy real estate in Ontario and I'm heavily leaning towards Hamilton and Windsor as both of these are said to be seeing an exponential increase in rental rates. I'd like to ask for your opinion especially those who are more experienced in real estate investing if I'm considering the right places. Any insight and advice as to where it would be good and profitable to purchase a rental property in Ontario would be very much appreciated. Thanks, guys!
