Hamilton or Peterborough Real Estate Markets?

Hi Everyone! I'm new to BP & also a first time real estate investor. I've been doing plenty of research and have narrowed down my strategy to hopefully BRRRR in either Hamilton or Peterborough (Ontario, Canada). I was wondering if there were any current investors in either of these two areas that can give me an update on their landscapes? Rental Rates? Vacancies? Potential of a full BRRRR? I know Hamilton prices are beginning to rise a bit, so I'm just curious to hear what everyone has to say.

Also - as I mentioned, I'm new to BP and hoping to learn more about REI overall! If you have any tips, tricks, ideas, etc. please reach out and let's talk!
