Ontario Investment Opportunities

Recently moved from US to Canada. Have few rental properties in few states here in US. 

Can anyone please provide inputs on what kind of strategy they are following to invest in real estate here.

 C1 is Toronto downtown between Dufferin and Yonge, Bloor south to Lakeshore.. This is like highest demand rental market in Toronto.. These are all A+ to worst B neighborhoods and obviously the most expensive price per sqft.. If done properly you can draw A+ tenants if you rehab the homes immaculately. But there is a price to pay and its not cheap.. Rents will continue to soar and I don't see it stopping
