Hey BP community,

I'm a Toronto-based wholesale investor who needs some help.

Does anyone know of a good real estate lawyer in the Greater Toronto Area who has experience doing wholesale real estate title search and closings?

I'd appreciated any advice and referrals regarding this matter.
