Looking for Mortgage Broker familiar with investment properties

Hi all,

I am starting out with my first investment property, I live in the GTA but the property is a duplex in Kingston, ON.

My goal is to buy as many cash-flow rental properties as I can during the next 10 years. (Maybe one every 2 years).

I am looking for a good experienced mortgage broker in the GTA or in Kingston area who will take my goal in consideration and give me the best options in terms of financing to reach that goal.

Any advice or referral is welcome :)
