Finding corporate tenants

Hi everyone,

I recently listened to one of the podcasts which talked about attracting corporate tenants, i.e. renting to companies who will place professional workers in the apartments.

We have a big apartment (2500square feet) which would be perfect for foreign families working here, so renting to a company might be a good solution. 

Does anyone in the Montreal region (or Quebec in general) has any companies to recommend?
