Recommended insurance agency?
I’m looking for insurance for a fourplex. Current owner said he is paying $1,500. My State Farm agent quoted $3,500.
Any recommendations? Thank you.

Ask for the sellers insurance agent. Confirm the seller is only paying $1,500 and not “mis-rememebring” and then ask for the same policy on the same property.
