WB11 - Commission Help - Private Investor

John Brents
Posted

Hi - I have my Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license which allows me to be paid commission for my own personal property purchases. I'm writing an offer today for my own primary residence. Does anyone have any advice on how to word this in the offer so that I can make sure I'm paid my 2.4% agent share. Also, yes its perfectly within the guidelines of the laws.   I don't need to be associated with a broker or subscribed to the local board. The WRA confirmed so as well.

Thanks in advance for the help!
