Milwaukee Contractors and Credit Union Recommendations

Thomas Y.
Posted

Hi BPers,

I'm new to real estate investing however have gone through real estate wholesaling seminars and been reading tons of books and forums on BiggerPockets (BRRRR by far is what I'm interested in). Now that my kids are old enough, I feel it's an appropriate time to take action and start investing in real estate again.

I recently got my realtor's license in the state of WI and plan to invest primarily in the Milwaukee area using the BRRRR strategy. Right now I have a few general contractors and credit unions in mind however, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

-Thomas

@Account Closed, thanks for the referral. I will definitely reach out to Rebecca. @Jonathan Roberts, I'm still looking around at the moment for other referrals but feel free to PM me if you want to connect. To answer your last question, I do plan on managing the properties myself, did you have a PM in mind?
