I’d like to share my experience with Michael Salinas. Pre-Thanksgiving, I was working on a project where the existing contractor was not meeting deadlines. I knew Michael Salinas personally and we spoke of my dilemma and he agreed to step in on a project. I gave my current contractor one week to catch up but did he did not make the deadline. At that time, I hired Michael Salinas, which was in November, who then stepped in and agreed to take over the job. As of today’s date, six months later, he has still not finished the project and he has been paid in full. I have multiple text messages over the past few months with nothing but empty promises. My biggest mistake was trusting him to complete the work. Please learn from my mistake and do your due diligence on contractors even if you believe others may be working with them.

@Michael Henry,

Your biggest mistake was paying in full before the work was finished. Now, he has no incentive to make you whole other than losing a friend and his reputation.
