Milwaukee real estate agent

Hello,

I'm a new investor located in southern California with a goal of investing in the Milwaukee market. I previously lived in Milwaukee for about 13 years and enjoyed it.

I saw some earlier threads from members seeking a local agent in the Milwaukee market who was experienced in working with investors and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on that and any of the other key members of a local team. If so,  I'd love to hear about them and any other advice you might have for an aspiring buy and hold investor. My goal is to build a portfolio of about 10 or so multi family units in the next 5 years.

Thanks,

Ken
