Milwaukee REIA and getting to know people

Hello all,

I am looking to meet people in Milwaukee area for a few reasons.  I have become interested in subject-to deals and I am studying how I can begin using them but I would like to talk to some one who has actually used them.  Additionally I am going to MSOE here  in Milwaukee and decided on subject-to deals as my topic for an analysis report so it is giving me a bit more motivation to learn about subject-to.

I was looking to speak to an attorney and some local investors to get their take on things.
