Hello I’m located in Vancouver area. I’m looking to get my first purchase and get the opportunity to learn about Vancouver real estate. I was looking for a good deal in this web sites and the problem is that everything is renovated and overpriced. Of course, over priced for my possibilities right now. If anyone has a web site that is good for picking good deals or an agent that is welling to get in this type of deals I’ll be more than happy to know. Thank you that’s all for the moment.
