Bank financing needed!

Do anyone know of a bank with little to no overlays? Just closed on our refi from fha to conventional (house hack) and looming for the next property to house hack but don’t want to have to wait 6 months because of some bank overlay. Any suggestions appreciated

Dave Skow ok because I’ve talked to a couple lenders and they tell me I should wait at least 6 months before we attempt to buy another one
