Need a Realtor in Tacoma / Federal Way / Auburn?

I want to give a recommendation for a great Realtor in the Pierce County WA area. We recently closed a deal with Aaron Nelson. It's a SFR, investment property in North Tacoma.

Being out of state, we were interested in finding someone who is investor savvy, and could help point us to the better areas to invest, and particular homes in those areas that would make good rental properties.

Aaron was very thorough and professional, he took the time to understand what we thought we were looking for, and gave us some advice to help us really hone in, and better understand what makes sense for us.

We ended up having a lot of difficulty with the transaction, due to problems with the lender.  He was helpful in getting the lender to better communicate with us and the seller.   Aaron was very patient throughout the process.  The deal was on the verge of falling apart a few times, he did a great job by offering creative solutions to keep it together.
