Wholesaling in N. Tacoma, Downtown Puyallup and University Place
Hello!
I am going to be scouting out wholesaling deals in North Tacoma, WA., Downtown Puyallup, and University Place.
Did anyone have any suggestions on which of the three I should focus on? Or, any specific zip codes within those areas that may be considered “hot” or investor friendly?
I would like to find areas that will be appealing to my buyer-investors.

98405, 98418, 98408, 98404, 98409 are kind of the "hot" areas because the area is run down and so owners are more likely to take just a straight cash offer and be happy. However it also means that flippers aren't going to be able to sell it for as much so the price they can give you is going to be less. If you get a property to wholesale in North Tacoma, downtown puyallup or even really University Place, then you will have a lot more interest then if you get one assigned in the above zip codes of central, east Tacoma and Hilltop.
