Connect w/ Real Estate Investors in Seattle, WA
Hi, I'm new to real estate investing and would love to hear from others in the Puget Sound area to see what worked for them and what they are investing in. I'm currently looking to house-hack, so if anyone has tips on that as well, let me know!

House hacking in one of the easiest ways to get into investing, especially before kids. Getting a house and renting each bedroom out has better return generally than getting a 2-4 unit to keep one unit for yourself. Obviously, you'll run into the roommate situation with renting out bedrooms though. Feel free to connect.
