Have been lurking on BP for some time now and Q4 of 2020 was the final push to get started. Getting started as a real estate agent in the Greater Seattle Area in Q1 and setting the goal to begin investing in the commercial realm in the beginning of Q3 with a focus on mobile home parks and self-storage.
