Need help finding a friend rental near university the university

Hey Bigger Pockets Forum! 

 I am not sure if this is the right place or not for this post but I have a friend that is an international student looking for apartments near the university of Washington. Preferably in Green Lake, Roosevelt, Ravenna or the surrounding areas. Her criteria is: 

1.  Preferably room with attached bathroom

2. Ok with roommates/housemates or subletting (All girls)

3. Budget is $1100 per month

4. She is looking to start a lease in September

My friend is in a dire situation and is looking to sign a lease asap and reached out to me. I figured who else to ask besides the bigger pockets folks. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated! Thank you in advance
