Marysville WA rental property investment
Hi BP members, my name is Eric and I'm a new BP member and a new REI living in the Seattle area and I've just started looking to invest multi-family properties in the northern suburb areas like Marysville. Can anyone share their experiences investing in Marysville WA? The area I'm looking at is North Marysville around Marshall Elementary school because of its location (closer to I5 and grocery and shopping). How is the rental market there in general and I'm also seeking advices for first time landlord / investor?
Thanks.

@Eric Cheng the rental market in Marysville has been strong over the last few years. Those rental amounts are achievable but it is really dependent on the condition of the unit and location.
Best of luck,
John
