I saw on the news that Amazon is expanding and bringing up to 15000 employees to bellevue , i was wondering if it is a good time now to buy a property in bellevue downtown hoping for appreciation due to the expansion? If so, which type of property is the best to invest in for appreciation? House townhouse or condo/apartment
