Washington reale state firm trust account

Hi Everyone, I was wondering if anyone owned a real estate firm here in Washington and has recently opened a trust account. I would love more information on which bank it was and what paperwork they asked for. I am opening a trust account as is required by state law but I am having a very difficult time talking with a banker who has done one in the past. Some banks want a Trust agreement written by a lawyer? others have no idea what I'm talking about, its been a couple days now and a couple banks and I'm literally getting nowhere. Any help on this topic would be great. Thanks Guys.
