Investor reccomendations of Good PM company for Ballard Townhome?
Relocating for work. We have a two story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1370 square foot townhouse in Ballard. Fenced in yard, attached single car garage. Looking for a good PM that other investors have had favorable experiences with. Do they even exist? Every PM company I come across is inundated with negative reviews from property owners on yelp. Are these only indicative of disgruntled owners who didn't have realistic vacancy and maintenance expectations for their unit, or is it really hard to find a full service PM to manage well if you are remote?
If you are a landlord and would like to come brag about your awesome success with your property manager, this is your forum.
