Active Rental Property Groups/MeetUps?

Michael (Qiangyu) herel! I'm a new member to BiggerPockets. It's nice to meet you all :) I'm a recent college grad living in Bothell, but working in Seattle. I work for Amazon as a Software Engineer, and am very interested in purchasing my first rental property. I've been doing a lot of research on REI, and am very eager to connect with others in the Seattle/Bellevue/Kirkland area who are also involved in the Real Estate game.

I was wondering if you guys knew of any Rental Property/REI groups in the Seattle/Bellevue/Kirkland area that are frequently active? Also - please let me know if you'd like to connect! I'd love to grab some coffee and get to know you guys!
