Non-resident alien looking to invest in Seattle, WA area

Hi BP,

I'm a non-resident alien looking to invest in the States - namely the Seattle area to start off. I'm looking for some advice on whether forming an LLC is the best way to go about it rather than buying personally, since I already have a bank account in the States, and if so, what might be the best way to find a trustworthy attorney, accountant, real estate agent and partner (I know...lots of steps to take!) in the area. Would love to hear from foreign investors or those who have worked with foreign investors, particularly in the Seattle area. I've gone through the Foreigners Buying in the USA forum could only find bits and pieces of info, so thought I'd try asking here :)
