Out-of-state first-time investor seeking help

Hello!

My partner and I used to live in Seattle, but we moved out to California last year for work purposes. The housing market in CA is even hotter than WA, so we're thinking about investing in a rental property in Seattle instead through the buy-and-hold approach. We've done some number-crunching, but we are still fairly new to real estate investments, and would like some recommendations on trustworthy, reliable real estate agents who have experience with rental property management, or invest in rental properties in the area themselves. We would also like to hear your recommendations on property management companies that would be great for absentee landlords like ourselves.

Thank you very much!

PS - this is my first post, so I hope I've followed all of BP's forum rules!
