Looking for a recommendation - building on land

Hi Everyone,

I know someone who found land he is interested in purchasing for a personal home to be built on.  The land is a little east of Seattle.  The property has a well and utilities available from the street, but otherwise vacant land from what I understand.

Do you know someone with expertise in building on land in the area that you can pass on to this person I know?
