My friend is a first time home shopper looking to buy a house around Bellevue area. Can anyone recommends a good/seasoned agent for that area? She's looking for her primary. 

My friend isn't U.S. citizen, but I don't think that's a problem as a buyer right?

Also, any recommendation for a mortgage broker?
