Zoning Variance
Has anyone in the Seattle area had good luck obtaining a zoning variance as of late? I am interested in a property zoned SF5000 that is on the edge of an LR2 zone with denser zoning nearby. For whatever reason this property and a few others around it seem to be an anomaly.
I know zoning questions are tough to answer because only the City can provide certainty, but thought I would throw it out there to see if others have had experience in the area.
