Hello all,

I am from London, UK and I own a couple of single family houses in Detroit and a condo in Orlando. All 3 of them are tenanted and are on 100% equity. I am now looking to diversify and get another property or may be two on the West Coast, probably San Francisco.

Would that be a good diversification? And if yes, what would be the best way to finance it?
