A good place to buy property to flip

Hi guys! Nice to meet you!

My name ia Shai and I'm a foreign investor in Pittsburgh PA.

We bought our first rental in June 2020 and it's going really well for now and we are in the process of purchasing our next one. In the past year we were looking for a property to flip in PGH but with no succsess unfortunately. Since COVID19 all the potential properties are flying quickly off the shelves and unless you have all the money in advance (which I don't) than you have no chance.

So here is my question - are you guys investing in a market that is a little bit slower but a profitable flip can be done there and with a reasonable price range for me (up to 150k all in all)? I would really love to know!

Thank you in advance and wishing you all health and many great deals!
