Japanese investors

Stephen Bryant
Posted

Because of the large amounts of money that the Japanese hold in their savings accounts, I am interested in marketing my properties in Japan as a mode of investment. I currently have contacts in Tokyo that are helping me begin. I currently hold 4,572 acres in the state of Arizona. Many investors have already become part of some of the upcoming land developments. The total value of the land as of now is $221M. After rezoning, engineering, and platting, the value will again increase. Please contact me if you have any knowledge of Japanese land investments in the US, or if you have interest in taking a look at some of the property.
