Any foreing national investing in RE in the US and living abroad?

Hi to all... I am a foreign national trying to invest in real estate in the US with a focus on multifamily rentals. I am still living abroad and with no intentions to move to the US. I want to connect with people who can help in my way to success as an investor and also people who already walked this way and can help to answer my questions. Thanks a lot!
