Out of Town Investor looking for a Property Manager in Birmingham

I am an out of town investor with property in Bessemer and Birmingham. The property in Bessemer has a tenant (that is not my tenant) occupying the property. We sent him notice to vacate but received no response. If someone can recommend a property manager in this area that is reputable and reasonable, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks,
