Newbie foreign investor looking for Florida contacts

Currently living in Dubai, I'm looking to kick off my RE investment journey in Florida. As I will be long distance investing, I need to build a local team, and I am looking for reliable professionals to connect with. My initial focus is buy and hold SFRs in the Lakeland FL region. I would be grateful for referrals of brokers, property managers and contractors that are active in that market.

I am also greatly interested in connecting with other non-US based investors who manage long distance RE investments in the US, specially in Florida.
