Hi all! I will be moving into the Johnson City, TN area so my husband can attend ETSU in the fall. We would like to purchase a duplex and house hack as we plan to move to Knoxville when he finishes up! Does anyone in the area have an agent or company recommendation who might specialize in multifamily homes? Thanks so much! Hannah
