Tax Rate for Foreigners

Hello, I am considering in investing in a property (SFH) in the US for cashflow. But, I don't know what rate, as a foreigner, I will have to pay for the the income (rent) from the property? When you get a dividend from stocks, as a foreigner you pay 30%. Is that the same for rent coming from a property?
