Hi all. local real estate agent in Rochester NY here. prospective newbie investor, beginning the search for my first rehab. I'm looking for a rock solid general contractor who can help me analyze rehab costs for potential flips. I'd love the opportunity to meet someone with experience it perhaps someone who is also new to the business. thanks in advance!
