As Multifamily caps continue to compress across the U.S. SFR Portfolios have begun to emerge with many institutional investment groups capitalizing. We currently have large SFR portfolios available in Chicago and Tampa, and just like all other commercial transactions, there's no buy-side fee. PM me to discuss further.
