Insurance for U.K investors U.S properties

Hello all,

I am trying to find, without much luck, an insurance company who will insure the 2 properties I have in the USA for buildings and/or landlords insurance.

Anybody out there know of such company who deal with UK investors who are non US resident?

Hi, I'm not seeing that your citizenship has anything to do with it...what's the value of the property? Many companies have problems with low valued or small homes. Do you have credit here? Maybe the area is redlined! LOL
