House hack lease agreements

Hey guys! I recently closed on a property in the area and am wondering if anyone who has experience drafting a lease agreement for a SFH house hack arrangement, i.e. housemates renting a room, could point me in the right direction. Looking to draft up a month-to-month lease. If anyone has any recommendations for real estate lawyers in the area that would also be highly appreciated!
