House Hack v. Apartment/Condo Rental
Hey all!
I'm looking for any and all advice/instruction/guidance on house hacking in the South Side of the 757. I'm trying to go FHA/203(k), hoping for a foreclosure, on duplex/triplex/quad. I know that's all pie in the sky, but if I can find that needle in the haystack, I'm ready to jump in.
Also, I've seen some bargain priced apartments/condos on Realtor as of late. Are these good for rental properties in the area, generally speaking? I would jump on one of these, and continue doing so to cash flow if that's a more viable route.
Thank you all for your help!
Scott
