PM/Contractors in VB

Hey everyone! I am new to investing looking for my first investment property (thinking multi family). Before I get settled on a place I want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row. Does anyone have good recommendations for property managers/PM companies in Virginia Beach that you have good experiences with? Also, I am trying to do as much research as possible about trust worthy contractors. If you guys have any that you trust to do your repairs on time and thoroughly please let me know.
