Property Management Referrals
Ogden investors, looking to delegate property management duties on a couple of my properties in the area to free up my time. Does any have any referrals for investor friendly property management companies? I've been through a couple bad management firms in other states that had no problem spending money on unnecessary repairs. I have one major requirements for my property manager and that is he is to contact and use my trusted and vetted handymen for all non emergency repairs and maintenance calls. Many potential managers I speak to want to use their own handymen for maintenance and are unwilling to agree to work with mine. This is a major red flag to me. Anyone in area have any suggestions on a Property Management company who would be comfortable with such an arrangement? Thanks!

@Kyle Bergren, I've heard good things about Reeder Asset Management.
